The AMERICA Club Games for Gamers

Karen will post, looking for interest in involvement with BattleCry. This will be discussed on THAT list. This has not yet been done, she is ill.

Karen is considering having trophies again; little ‘Treasure Boxes’ as prizes. They look like ‘loot boxes’ - some are available at the Warehouse currently.

Kitchen:

Someone unconnected with nothing else to do, and willing to work within a budget and with everything on site needs to be willing to do it. A menu, sandwiches, etcetera. Someone separate. -What other items were sold there? Plenty of quick and easy options. List of suggestions…

-Paid Catering? Makes $200-300 most years. Paying someone to run it might be more effective?

It would be good to try and fundraise to supplement it?

So. What exact times do we want the venue for?

The War-Gamers do NOT want the stuff to be moved, or anyone coming near it. -Concertine Dividers cordoning it off?

Partitioning the stage?

The ‘City Guard’ need to be contacted about the Wargaming terrain. -Karen doing so.

Are we going to keep track of what games are running on Tuesdays. Are they accepting? When do they start? When do they end?
