The Minutes of the SGM have been Read. The SGM Minutes were agreed to be accurate.

Reports were made. Things have been going well.

The Club has made money this year; it is quite good. The amount is approximately $2,360. (?)

AMERICA’s cub made $165. Our events did make money over all. About $9. This is good news.

Now, for Elections… All positions are to be voted on.

The Proposal and Acceptance of affiliation with NZLARPs has been discussed. This was completely accepted. Their events are almost fully immersive.

Vote to accept the proposal put forwards at the meeting of NZLARPS - Equal Priority in Events Mutual Advertisement of Live Events and Systemless Access to their Props

AMERICA’s Cup -BattleCry was excellent being organised in advance (?) GM’s run their own games, however.

Also, people have turnover between sessions. Pre-Registration would be good, but people unpredictable

Individual Entry Costs? $30-$35 for Wargames? Roleplaying prices remain static. Card Games - Rise.

Also, $25 for everyone - as it cost the same 12 years ago - 15?

Of course, the DIFFERENCE must be put solely into prizes.

Also, we need to give more support back to the Sponsors. -Sponsors get prize money funneled through them. Appropriate Logo for what they entered?
