Flames of War

The Flames of War Tournament will be mid war only, and will follow standard BattleFront tournament guidelines using Swiss Chess, with armies of up to 1500 pts worth. Please ensure to use the amendments if you have the first printings of the books. More details on scoring breakdown to follow.

6 matches will be played over the weekend, 3 on either day. The final match on Sunday will be followed up with some fun board games and card games, Pizzas (6pm) and Prize Giving (6:30pm)

  • Mission one: free for all
  • Mission two: encounter
  • Mission three: hold the line
  • Mission four: fighting withdrawal
  • Mission five: breakthrough
  • Mission six: free for all

Grudge match rule:- if you have a specific player you wish to play in the first match both of you let me know and I will arrange it.
A grudge match is also the only game where the free for all can be swapped out for the death from above mission for you airborne players.

Blood rule:- if you are playing one of your regular opponents and do not wish to during the first day of competition call the blood rule and I will endeavor to find you a new opponent.

The times for the rounds each day are: round one= 9am to 11:30am, round two= 12:00 to 2:30pm, round three=2:45pm to 5:15pm.
Times will be strictly adhered to during the weekend.

Places in this tournament are limited to 30 players. So pre-register to guarantee your place.
